This real time visibility provides access to family members, regardless if they are across the street or across the nation.
IN THE FAMILY ROOM PORTAL, USERS CAN:
- Review caregiver daily care logs – past and present
- See schedules and create other appointments – to view upcoming shifts, scheduled caregivers and past care logs.
- Caregiver profiles and pictures – to get to know your caregivers better
- Communicate any updates or requests
- Create other task items
- Review medication details on file

The Family Room’s caregiver profiles and pictures allow family members to visually see who is taking care of their loved one on a daily basis. Accurate billing – our caregivers to clock in and out on the telephony system in the client’s home or GPS verification, our clients are ensured that they are being billed only for the hours that the caregiver is clocked in. There is no room for error.
Missed clock in alerts – the case manager receives a text message if a caregiver does not clock in within 10 minutes of the scheduled shift. This improves our ability to make sure your loved one is getting the care they need and to address any issues immediately.
Case Management – To ensure follow-up when there are any concerns reported, a case manager oversees client care daily. They review logged tasks, incomplete tasks and caregiver messages, In addition to tracking completion of individual tasks, The Family Room can provide reassurance that care is being provided as it should be.
